It’s very important in this day and age of fast living and stressful situations to be able to relax.

Easier said than done.  

There are often so many stressors in our lives today that often we do not realise that we are stressed until something starts to break down. It may be our physical health or we may become overly emotional and irrational, we may struggle with all the things we need to think about and find it hard to prioritise. Or perhaps even thinking clearly becomes difficult and then we can struggle to even get the simplest of tasks completed. This can lead to us feeling like a failure, that we’re useless or incompetent and we may lose faith in our abilities or even life itself.
